“AI paid search experts, BrightBid joins forces with nasdaq listed group Speqta”

BrightBid has partnered with Speqta, a Nasdaq-listed holding group, in a £20m share deal. Speqta, which owns Bidbrain, an AI-based SaaS company focused on marketing for e-commerce, brings strong financial backing and innovative e-commerce services to the merger.

The combination of BrightBid’s AI Adtech solutions and Speqta’s resources is expected to significantly boost the annual revenues of both companies. This collaboration reflects the rapid growth of AI solutions and presents an exciting opportunity to deliver even greater value to customers through a wider range of AI-powered marketing solutions.

The acquisition aligns with Speqta’s strategic shift and solidifies its position in AI-based search advertising, marking a significant milestone in the journey of both companies.
